CLAIM FORM FOR THE WELSH 'OPEN' & 'CHAMPIONSHIP' POINTS TROPHIES.
Open to ALL residents in Wales. These awards are for Top Papillon Kennels in Wales, not per dog.
Championship points form to be completed & sent to the cup steward by the 1st of October.
'Champion' points Salver, to be awarded at S.W.P.C. Championship Show in October.
The Open points form to be completed & sent to the cup steward ready for presentation at our Open Club Show in April.
